Hi! I am Yulia, building a world that rewards curiosity, culture, and exploration.
Currently doing a 100-day challenge to increase visibility and reach my goals
I spent over four years building Sip of Europe into a beloved 5-star café in Portland, Maine, serving thousands of locals and visitors. Today, my restaurant and travel recommendations have surpassed 1.5 million views on Google, inspiring the next chapter of Sip of Europe – exploration app.

Answering Their Reviews is a hospitality commentary project analyzing restaurant reviews, guest expectations, operational misunderstandings, and customer psychology.
As a business owner, I always paid a lot of attention to reviews and always did my best to respond to them. My biggest reason for getting 5* reviews was because i did create right expectations for my business.

Using real reviews and real hospitality experience to explore:
- why conflicts happen,
- what businesses could improve,
- what guests misunderstand,
- and how communication shapes experiences.
A blend of:
- hospitality education,
2. storytelling,
3. industry commentary,
4. and also, AITA situation in terms of guests and yes, restaurants.
MBA for Hospitality – educational and entertaining hospitality content focused on improving the relationship between guests, staff, and businesses.
A thoughtful project based on my personal business experience of owning a 5* cafe for over 4 years, 20+ roles in hospitality and years of observations explaining:
- restaurant psychology
- guest behavior
- hospitality operations
- industry realities
- etiquette
- emotional labor
- service expectations
- and behind-the-scenes decision-making.
The goal is for guests, staff, and businesses to align expectations and win together.

This page isn’t just a collection of projects. It’s one system.
Every project you see below solves a different part of the same problem:
➡️ People want better experiences
➡️ Businesses want better guests
➡️ The systems do not connect the two
So I’m building it from multiple angles.
