Building a Hospitality, Travel & Exploration Ecosystem
Over the last 12 years, I’ve built projects across hospitality, travel, food, media, and cultural exploration — from a multilingual travel platform to an award-winning café, dessert pop-ups, hospitality storytelling, and now a discovery app focused on rewarding curiosity, kindness, and meaningful experiences.
This page is both:
- a roadmap,
- and an open invitation for aligned collaborations, partnerships, creators, restaurants, hospitality groups, tourism brands, media platforms, and curious people who believe experiences should feel more meaningful, transparent, and memorable.

Why Visibility Matters to Me
I don’t want visibility simply for numbers.

- partnerships,
- storytelling reach,
- and impact.
Larger platforms allow:
- collaborations with companies like GetYourGuide,
- tourism partnerships,
- creator monetization,
- and the ability to spotlight businesses, creators, and experiences at scale.
Awards & Recognition
I am no stranger to awards and honors.
At 14, I was included in the national list of talented Russian youth after winning first place in a multi-stage research competition (one winner per grade level across the whole country).

I also want to restore old hard drive containing years of family memories, projects, university files, and creative archives. I lost all content of my school and university years. Restoration is quoted at around $2.5k
3. Exploration, Travel & Experiences
Vision
Have an exciting and fulfilling life fueled by discovery, curiosity, research, memorable experiences, shared laughter and knowledge and help others experience the same.
Why This Matters
One of my mottos is exploring the world through travel and flavor.
I don’t believe exploration should only happen during vacations.
I want life to feel exciting. I want to be amused by the city I live in, by its surroundings, by places, by stories, by people as much as I can, both physically and emotionally.
I believe that a lot of people do not get to experience joy of travel or exploration due to limited financial resources and/or lack of knowledge. I want to change that.

- curiosity,
- and mutual support.
Goals
- Spotlight small businesses & creators
- Build meaningful real-life relationships
- Grow aligned collaborations
- Create stronger community around projects
- Support hospitality professionals & local ecosystems
Why This Matters
When I owned my café in Portland, Maine, the hospitality community actively supported each other.
That environment shaped my philosophy: great ecosystems grow faster together.
Fun fact:
Before 2018, Portland Phoenix Awards had no creperie category.
I contacted other creperie owners and together we helped create it. Then I won it.

Continuous education has always been one of my strongest personal pillars.

Inspiration
One of the most inspiring events I attended lately was the SOCI Reimagine Conference in Chicago in October 2025, where I heard speakers from:
- OpenAI
- Gary Vee
- creator & hospitality industries
Experiences like that energize me creatively and strategically.
I love seeing and learning how other businesses operate. When I immigrated to the USA the very first show I watched was Restaurant Start-ups. I was fascinated by creativity of people and ways they would proceed with their businesses. The other shows I watched and enjoyed later were Restaurants on the Edge, Chef’s Table, Bar Rescue, Chopped, The Great Food Truck Race, Kitchen Nightmares.
I enjoy getting new skills. The most fun ones I’ve got were shucking oysters and sabering champagne (ok, sparkling wine, typically prosecco because I am not rich to afford expensive experiments).
I’ve done AI content editing before (changed clothing 20+ times for 2 second segments of the video) but I do want to learn to create AI videos from scratch. I would love to create city & world landscapes for future use for background of my projects. Inspiration – Soarin’ around the world in EPCOT.
7. ZefirChic® Dessert Brand Recognition & Culinary Identity
Vision
Make dessert Zefir popular in the USA. It is currently popular, well-known and very loved in Soviet countries but hasn’t become the world’s obsession yet. It will!
It is a beautiful and delicious meringue dessert that has unlimited flavor options, shapes and forms and is nutritionally better than a lot of mass-produced desserts in the USA and some.
My version of that dessert is called Chic Zefir or ZefirChic®
Goals
Position ZefirChic® as:
- signature floral dessert art
- luxury gifting aesthetic
- hospitality conversation piece
- visually recognizable online
Metrics
- Create 100+ dessert-related posts/videos
- Reach 1M+ cumulative dessert video views
- Upload all legacy content archives
- Build searchable presence for:
- ZefirChic® (aka Chic Zefir)
- Sip of Europe desserts
- Be featured by:
- creators
- blogs
- media
- Receive:
- pop-up invitations
- collaborations
- reposts
- Become visually associated with signature dessert roses
Why This Matters
I’ve spent almost 9 years creating this dessert.
It deserves visibility.
And honestly? I’m tired of hiding beautiful work from the world.
8. Creative Legacy
Vision
I want to become a reference to making a world a better, kinder, more intentional and more fulfilled place.
Build projects that genuinely improve experiences, conversations, curiosity, and kindness.
I want my work to leave:
- impact,
- cultural value,
- and practical usefulness.
Goals
- Create educational hospitality content
- Build conversations around guest behavior & hospitality culture
- Reward exploration, curiosity, and contribution
- Inspire people to:
- explore more
- learn more
- support businesses more thoughtfully
- experience the world more deeply
Metrics
- Publish 100+ hospitality videos/posts
- Create at least one viral hospitality discussion topic
- Build recognizable philosophy around:
- kindness
- hospitality
- exploration & travel
- Inspire community participation & testimonials
Currently I see creating Legacy through providing transparent & useful information on my app, through arranging food & beverage events, gamifying supporting businesses & being educated on different topics and rewarding for it.
I am excited to publish MBA for HOSPITALITY as a blueprint for people who do not understand reasonings of different decisions and things in hospitality industry from my point of view based on my very extensive experience of working 20+ roles and having a 5-stars rated physical business location
Final Thought
Everything I build connects back to one idea:
People remember how experiences make them feel.
Whether it’s:
- a dessert,
- a restaurant,
- a city,
- a conversation,
- a trip,
- a hospitality interaction,
- or a moment someone finally feels inspired again –
those experiences matter.
And I want to spend my life building more of them.
