HospitaliTEA with Yulia® is a hospitality education and storytelling project built from more than 15 years of industry experience, including owning and operating a 5-star café for over four years, working across 20+ hospitality roles, and observing thousands of guest and business interactions.
The project explores what happens behind the scenes in restaurants, hotels, cafés, and hospitality businesses — helping guests understand hospitality professionals, helping businesses understand guests, and encouraging more thoughtful experiences for everyone involved.
